What are your hours of operation?
We operate from Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm.

Do you accept children who are not yet potty-trained?
Yes, up until 2-years old.

What is the teacher-to-student ration in each classroom?
1yr: 1:6 2yr: 1:11
3yr: 1:15 4yr: 1:20
After Care: 1:25

What flexible schedule do you offer?
We have part-time/full-time. We also offer individual day drop offs!

Do the children take naps, and how is nap time structured?
Nap time is from 12:15pm to 2:15pm

Do you provide meals and snacks, or should we pack our own?
We provide Breakfast, Lunch, and Afternoon Snack

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Yes, Parent’s should let us know of any allergies and they may bring their preferred alternatives to the school where we can provide them for the student.

What is your sick child policy?
Please bring a doctor’s note to excuse the children and we will adjust the account. Fail to present one, the account will remain the same.

What happens if my child gets injured or falls ill during the day?
Parent’s will be contacted for pickup and early dismissal.

Are your staff members trained in CPR and First Aid?
Yes

How do you handle emergencies, such as hurricanes or lockdowns?
We follow Broward County Directions.

Do you accept government subsidies or scholarships (like School Readiness or VPK)?
Yes we do.

Are there sibling discounts or referral rewards?
Yes, there is sibling & Referral discounts.

How do you communicate with parents on a daily basis?
We have the ProCare app, phone, emails, and we have open door policy.

Can parents visit during the day or volunteer in class?
Yes anytime, and for events parents may participate and volunteer.

Do you offer parent-teacher conferences or developmental progress reports?
Parents are welcomed to schedule a conference.

How can I reach the director or my child’s teacher if I have a concern?
You may call Preschool via Phone or Email.

Do you provide updates or photos of my child’s day?
Only If requested.
